Every system installer that chooses to use HKC equipment can avail of full free product and software training. This training can be carried out on site or at the installer's premises, whichever suits best.

SmartLink700 Upload/Download Software Training
HKC's SmartLink700 engineer software for PC and Smartphone/Tablet is designed to ensure that Licenced Alarrm installers who chose HKC can minimise travel time for tasks that can easily be accomplished remotely.
Training modules are available to support functions such as Upload/Download, Remote Diagnostics, Detector Settings Modifications and Remote Maintenance.
Control Panel Training
Training modules are available to advise installers on the best way to configure and wire HKC Alarm systems for optimum performance.
HKC SecureComm Cloud Training
Connecting to the HKC SecureComm Cloud is easy and fast. Training modules are available to ensure installers can connect a range of communicators to the cloud, connect to an ARC and use the HKC SecureComm2 App to control systems and to wirelessly connect to control gates, lights & heating etc.
