SmartLink 700 installer software provides easy access for installers to many tasks from initial control panel installation, storing and backing up installations, remote upload/download, remote maintenance and system diagnostics.

Installer App & Software

SmartLink700 is HKC's installer remote software. SmartLink700 is available on both Desktop and Smartphone App. The desktop software is available to download from the installer login area of this site, and Smartphone Apps are free and are available on both Android and iOS platforms.

This software enables full upload and download from all connected sites. In addition it can be used to remotely upgrade panel and detector software, carry out remote maintenance and diagnostics as well as being able to change detector settings.

Connectivity to panels can be performed locally via USB and Serial cables, or via the SecureComm Cloud which can be accessed using any of HKC's plug on SecureComm modules at the control panel.

HKC's Installer and Alarm User Apps are great solutions for both property owners, managers and professional installers. They are easy to use and simplify many tasks.

The HKC SecureComm App allows complete control of the Intruder System from any location. Arm or Disarm, turn lights and heating on, and off, open gates or simply check the Event Log to see the alarm history.

Once connected to the SecureComm Cloud the installer can carry out remote maintenance and change device settings without leaving the office.

Our SecureComm Cloud is developed and managed in-house. Connectivity is acheived by using any of HKC's IP Communicator Modules.
