While HKC’s Intruder systems protect the interior of the property, the addition of Optex’s External Sensors means you can protect the entire site – from the perimeter, to the approach and the external boundaries.

RF-Optex Module for External PIRs

The RF-Optex module has been designed specifically to integrate Optex sensors within an HKC alarm system installation

Once connected, the RF-Optex module relays the Alarm/Tamper signals wirelessly to the HKC SW-10270 Control Panel using SecureWave technology and can be controlled and monitored via the SecureComm app.

WXS-RAM Wireless outdoor 180-degree PIR with antimasking

The Optex WXS sensor, part of the WX Shield series, is designed for outdoor intrusion detection. It features a 180° detection area and can be mounted at various heights, making it versatile for different environments.

Dual Technology: Combines Passive Infrared (PIR) and Microwave sensors for enhanced reliability.

Anti-Masking: Prevents tampering by detecting attempts to cover or block the sensor.

Flexible Mounting: Can be installed at low (0.8 - 1.2m) or high (2m) heights.

Individual Detection Areas: Allows for separate sensitivity settings and alarm outputs for the left and right detection zones.

Environmental Stability: Designed to minimize false alarms caused by light disturbances or radio frequency interference.
